Main Features
• Feeding Section
The feeding section is equipped with a power gripper, which cooperates with the Y1 spindle to complete material feeding.
• Circular Saw Motion Section
The circular saw motion section moves along the X spindle. A servo motor drives reciprocating motion via a rack and pinion to realize cutting feed and tool retraction of the circular saw. The rotation of the circular saw itself is driven by a high-speed sawing motor.
• Main Bending Unit
The main bending unit consists of two front and rear vertical axes Z1 and Z2. Driven by hydraulic cylinders, the two axes work in coordination and rise to different heights to achieve bending. The bending machine boasts fast speed and good forming quality. The bending unit can be pulled out for convenient die replacement to realize processing with different pitch distances.
• Rear Unloading Section
The rear unloading section is fitted with a power gripper, which cooperates with the Y2 spindle to complete rear material unloading.
• Hydraulic Power Section
The hydraulic power section adopts two-speed and two-pressure rapid oil supply with a maximum output force of 500KN. The oil temperature sensor on the machine accurately transmits the oil temperature to the radiator. When the oil temperature exceeds the set value, the radiator automatically starts heat dissipation, enabling safe and effective long-time operation of the machine's hydraulic system.
• Electrical Control Section
